dwt at C-D Terminals was completed and put into
operation in August 1993 and the designed annual
throughput capacity is 1.7 million tons.
During
the Eighth Five-year Plan period , the 4th phase
project of the coal terminal and the bulk grain berth
at C-D terminals were being constructed. The project
of the fourth -phase of the coal terminal involves the
construction of two berths for vessels of 35,000 dwt
and one berth for vessels of 100,000 dwt. The annual
coal loading capacity is 30 million tons and will
reach 40 million tons in the future. To the end of
1995, the maritime structures, the storage yard and
the car dumper house were substantially was completed.
The bulk grain berth for vessels of 35,000 dwt at C-D
Terminals was completed and put into operation in
