RURAL DEVELOPMENT

 

Sampoorna Gramin Rozgar Yojana

 

- 3000 for the scheme which is implemented through the Panchayati Raj Institutions at Village,

Block and District level, to provide additional wage employment in rural areas and food

security.

 

Rural Employment Guarantee Schemes

- 11300 for the scheme which guarantees at least 100 days of wage employment in every financial year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual

work.

 

Swaranjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana

 

- 1200 for the scheme which is conceived as a holistic self-employment programme with the objective of establishing a large number of microenterprises in rural areas.

 

Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana

 

- 5225.62 for providing connectivity to unconnected rural habitations through good all weather roads.

 

Rural Housing

 

- 2920 for providing assistance to rural poor for construction of houses for their shelter

projects are generally sanctioned in non- DPAP and non-DDP Blocks.

 

Drought Prone Areas Programme

 

- 360 for tackling the problem of drought with long term perspective based on the strategy of

optimum utilization of land, water and natural resources.

 

Desert Development Programme
